Fill Out Application
Fill out an application in-person at a meeting, or download an application from the link below. Fill that out and bring to your first meeting.

Get Approved
Wait for approval from the Board of Directors, and get initiated into the club!

Rotarians must adhere to the following minimum attendance requirements:
1. Must attend Royal Oak Rotary meeting a minimum of once every quarter
Also encouraged: attend Rotary Club meeting in another community.
RORC Membership Financial Requirements:
Rotary’s fiscal year starts on July 1 each year.
– $50 Initial membership fee
– $250 Annual dues for individual membership, additional $128 for spouse/partner
– $375 Annual dues for corporate membership, only primary member has voting rights and can hold office
– Lunches are $11 per lunch when lunch is chosen by member
– Prepaid lunches @ $11 each quarter
– If member joins midyear membership will be pro-rated accordingly
Optional charitable contributions to consider during the Rotary fiscal year:
– $100 Paul Harris Sustaining Membership (a Rotary International fund)
Mandatory charitable contributions required during the Rotary fiscal year:
– Solicit and bring in 10 donations supporting our club’s Auction or contribute $100 donation
Complete the application and return with a check for $50 payable to Rotary Club of Royal Oak to the club member
proposing you for membership, check will be held and only cashed if membership approved. The Remaining initial fee
will be collected after approval process is completed.
